I (Mandar Apte) remember I read one book when I was little boy going school, Book was about life of Swami Vivekanand & His childhood stories…
I remember one story when he was traveling all over India in search of Bharat & Hindusthan,
He was seating in Train,
One British person was seating in front of him…
He was abusing India & Indian Culture as being seeing Monk seating in front of him…
He was abusing Indians because why native Indian was seating in front of him & his bogie…
Swami Vivekanand was Listening Quietly & Peacefully for a movement…
When that britisher slide on abusing Indian Religion called ‘Hinduisum’,
Swami Vivekand got bitterer & angry & hit that britisher on his nose… & he said Abuse me but I will not tolerate abuse against my Region…
That Abusing Britisher’s Nose was bleeding so terribly he got scared he ran away from that place even running train that he was in… & British Police Constables seating next to them did not know what to do in this situation rather arresting Swami Vivekanand as crime against Ruling British East India Company they felt scared & ran away to avoid conflict…
So… There was now word called ‘Sahishnuta or Sufferance’ in Swami Vivekanda’s Dictionary which got famoused because of Gandhi & Gandhi’s famous statement If somebody slap on my cheek I will make my other cheek forward…
